Community & Family Resources is an organization committed to providing comprehensive substance abuse and behavioral health services. We are currently seeking Full-Time Treatment Specialists in Des Moines to work directly with adult Women within our residential treatment program- Women's Unit.

Base pay for this position is $16.00/hour. Candidate’s pay will be commensurate with experience and education.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient behavior, facilitate patient activities, and coordinate treatment with counseling staff
- Complete admissions paperwork and conduct initial patient orientation
- Update patient electronic records with status changes, progress notes, and reports
- Facilitate groups using approved curriculum
The schedule for this position is evenings:
- Full-Time: Sunday-Thursday (3p-11:30p)

Base pay for this position is $16.00/hour. Candidate’s pay will be commensurate with experience and education.
