CEDA is looking to hire a People Operations Administrator, an important player on the People Ops team. This role needs a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for helping people navigate complex processes. To be successful in this role, you should have skills and experience in, but not limited to, the following:


What You’ll Do

  • Keep People Ops running smoothly by managing key processes with strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Use ADP Workforce Now to maintain employee data, run reports, troubleshoot issues, clean up workflows, and help improve how our systems work.
  • Create a strong new hire experience by coordinating onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including orientation, paperwork, checklists, cross-team communication, and feedback data.
  • Own I-9 and E-Verify processes, including case creation, follow-up, recordkeeping, and compliance audits.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and confidential employee records across the employee life cycle.
  • Turn People Ops data into useful insights by supporting reports on headcount, turnover, onboarding completion, engagement, new hire feedback, exit interviews, and stay interviews.
  • Support compliance-related work with care and consistency, including audits, personnel records, leave documentation, workers’ compensation files, and confidentiality practices.
  • Help organize employee feedback and people metrics into clear summaries, dashboards, and trends that support better decision-making.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to employees, managers, vendors, new hires, and the People Ops team.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with ADP or a comparable HRIS, including employee data, reporting, troubleshooting, and system clean-up.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with records, reports, spreadsheets, checklists, and audits.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding, orientation, paperwork, and follow-up with managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Working knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, personnel file management, confidentiality, and HR compliance practices.
  • A service-minded communication style, with the ability to stay organized, follow up, and keep work moving without constant reminders.
