What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead 2 yr old Teacher position at Community Alliance Preschool?
We are a small Christian preschool seeking teachers who are of a like faith. We are looking to hire a teacher to care for our 2 year olds. Our class ratios are well below DCF standards. Qualified teachers will as follows:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and trusting environment
- Plan and implement lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate (we use Wee Learn Curriculum)
- Clean and sanitize the classroom as well as toys daily
- Have completed a Level II background check before hiring (preferred)
- Have completed the DCF required 45-hr childcare training (preferred)
- Have experience working in a childcare setting
- Teach and model Christ like behavior
- Free to begin working a.s.a.p
Pay rate is determined by experience and education.
