We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Home Visitor to support children and families in our Head Start and Early Head Start programs. In this role, you’ll partner with families to promote school readiness, healthy development, and long-term success—right in their own homes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct weekly home visits to support child development and family goals
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and caregivers
- Guide families in school readiness, health, nutrition, and positive parenting practices
- Facilitate engaging group socialization experiences
- Connect families to community resources and support services
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in home visiting, early childhood, or family support (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings
- Ability to meet background and health requirements
