## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee our organization's housing division operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and program development, property management, and supervision . Knowledge of Section 8, Weatherization, energy efficiency, and/or low-moderate income housing is highly desirable. Visit www.capwi.org to see a full job description.
## Responsibilities
- Supervision of all specified program management staff under the Housing Division
- Oversee budgeting and financial management processes for housing programs including Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), Weatherization, and rental properties.
- Seach property development grants and opportunities within service area
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance services provided
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or public administration preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a social services organization
- Knowledge of anti-poverty programs.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
