Our Energy Efficiency team goes directly into homes to help reduce energy costs, improve comfort, and support household stability. Every project you complete helps neighbors live safer, healthier, and more affordable lives.
What You’ll Do:
(Duties include, but are not limited to):
- Install weatherization materials to reduce energy loss
- Install windows, doors, and trim
- Work in crawlspaces and attics to seal air leaks
- Use required safety equipment, including respirators
- Remove and properly dispose of debris created during weatherization work

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking team members who are:

Schedule:
- Full-time (32 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday
- No nights or weekends
Wage:
- $21–$25 per hour (DOE)

Education:
- High school diploma or GED
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
- Ability to be fit-tested for a respirator (no beard)
- Willingness to travel to North Idaho every other week (hotel and per diem provided)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
