The Weatherization Clerk provides administrative support to the Weatherization Department, including receptionist duties, data entry, scheduling, file maintenance, data tracking, and customer service. The Weatherization Clerk is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation for Weatherization clients, including pre-inspections, final/post-inspections, and project-related visits. This position will develop and maintain organized systems that support an efficient workflow and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and effectively use databases, scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when handling sensitive client and agency information.
