What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Community Action Partnership of Kern?
SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor delegates assignments, supervises and ensures progress and completion of maintenance work orders. Will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled trades related to the construction and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Maintains related records and ensures compliance with all required regulations. Analyze weekly or monthly productivity with staff to ensure time is being used as efficiently possible. Process PO request as needed and ensuring we stay current with closing of retail, vendors and contractors billing.

7 am to 4 pm
Salary : $28 - $35
