SUMMARY: With minimal supervision, under the direction of the Benefits Manager, supports the administration of all health insurance benefits and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Supports all tasks related to employee leaves, including determining eligibility in compliance with federal and state laws. Functions as team player in the Human Resources (HR) Department and is responsible for all aspects of the agency employee benefits program.
