Responsibilities

- Provide attentive toddler care by supporting their physical needs, including feeding, diapering, and hygiene routines.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation.

- Conduct assessments of children's developmental milestones using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and inform lesson planning.

- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, lesson plans, child observations, and incident reports to ensure compliance with program standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, curriculum development, Montessori methods, or other early childhood education strategies.
- Assist in classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning centers, and ensuring a safe environment at all times.
- Engage children in diverse activities such as tutoring in literacy or math skills, teaching physical education exercises, or facilitating creative arts projects.
- Promote child welfare by fostering inclusive practices that respect each child's unique background and abilities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and experience with curriculum development tailored for infants and toddlers.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention programs is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills combined with effective communication abilities to collaborate with families and team members.
