This is a full-time, on-site role located in LaGrange, GA for a Fiscal Manager at Community Action for Improvement, Inc. The Fiscal Manager will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including preparing and analyzing budgets, generating accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all financial policies and regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing cost accounting processes, managing financial records, and providing strategic insights based on financial analysis to support organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align financial planning with organizational priorities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Budget Management and developing financial oversight strategies
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements with attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and strong Analytical Skills for effective decision-making
- Experience in Finance and Cost Accounting practices
- Demonstrated skills in organizational and time management
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
- Experience in non-profit financial management is highly preferred
