The Site Director Assistant assists with the day-to-day and overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines while supporting our commitment to enhance learning and development for each child. With guidance from the Site Director, ensures the staff provides the best possible learning and care experience for the children in our programs and markets the facility and our programs. Depending on staffing ratios, the Site Director Assistant may need to function in any capacity within the facility, including filling in, in the absence of the Site Director or a classroom teacher or performing administrative duties.
Qualifications:- Must have a minimum of an associate’s degree.
- If degree is in a field other than Early Childhood Education, must obtain an Infant/Toddler and Preschool CDA within one year of hire.
- Experience working with children.
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly desired.
- Experience with computers is highly desired.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be friendly, outgoing and display a positive attitude.
