What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Community Action Council?
Position provides a variety of support services to the Director and the department. including written correspondence and department records management, scheduling, triage of incomin g communications , and assistance with prioritizing the Department Director 's workload.
Qualifications:Associate's degree in business, office or public administration is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Five years of comparable experience and education may be substituted for the educational
requirement.
High proficiency in business English is required.
A working knowledge of the Council's software in word processing, spreadsheet databases and desktop publishing are required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required .
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize duties and work with staff to complete tasks.
Must be able to operate agency administrative equipment
