Job Function Statement:
Position provides a variety of support services to the Director of Child Development, including records management, scheduling, triage of incoming communications and assistance with prioritizing he Director of Child Development's workload .
Qualifications:An associate degree in business, office or public administration is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Five years of comparable experience/education will be considered, based on relevance, as a substitute for the associate degree. High proficiency in business English is required. Should have a working knowledge of the current Council's software in word processing, spreadsheet databases and desktop publishing . Must demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Salary : $18 - $20
