The position has the responsibility for the management of Regional Head Start transportation services, properties/facilities and ensuring they meet all statutory, regulatory, policy and procedural requirements.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required in business administration, facilities management, construction or related field. Comparable work experience in facilities/property maintenance may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Three years of experience working in facilities or property management is required.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- CDL required within six months of hire.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Must have working knowledge of local, state, and federal building and licensing codes and regulations.
