Residential Program Coordinator
Community Access, Inc., a provider of services for persons with intellectual disabilities in Southwest Oklahoma, is currently accepting applications for a Residential Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be dependable, have a desire to help others, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include staff supervision and providing direct care for a caseload of up to 15 persons with intellectual disabilities, in a residential setting. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Agency and State of Oklahoma policies. This is an on-call position, and may require working nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Required.
You must have a high level of organization, pay attention to detail, as well as supervisory experience. This position is a combination of office and field work, being out in the field is required.
Must pass OSBI background check, have a vehicle and have a valid Oklahoma driver's license. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid training and mileage reimbursement.
