What You’ll Do- Help clients buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate
- Manage transactions from first contact through closing
- Build and maintain relationships through consistent follow-up
- Attend training, coaching sessions, and continuing education opportunities
- Use our technology suite (CRM, marketing tools, e-sign, productivity platforms) to manage your business efficiently
- Represent our brand with professionalism and community-focused values
- Free Continuing Education (CE) through Communities Real Estate School
- Industry-leading training & coaching, including one-on-one business planning
- Modern tech stack—CRM, marketing platform, e-signing, templates, and automated follow-up tools
