Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – The Communities of Wildwood Ranch
The Communities of Wildwood Ranch is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are looking for team members who take pride in providing excellent care and creating a comfortable, respectful environment for our residents.
As a CNA at Wildwood Ranch, you’ll work closely with our nursing team to provide hands-on care while building meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide assistance with meals and hydration
- Obtain and document vital signs and other assigned information
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
- Follow infectioncontrol and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri CNA certification or eligibility to work as a CNA in Missouri
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Longterm care experience is preferred but not required
