The Director, Education Program is a full-time, on-site position located in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing program operations, designing innovative curriculum strategies, and collaborating with educators, staff, and other stakeholders to improve student outcomes. The Director will lead program development initiatives, manage education projects, and ensure compliance with organizational and educational standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in Program Management and Project Management
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Program Development
- Strong background and understanding of Education practices and policies
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including school administrators, staff, and the broader community
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in non-profit organizations or educational systems is a plus
