Role Description:
Communities in Schools of Central Texas seeks an Associate Director of Data Strategy and Impact to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the organization's data ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and student success and ensures data is leveraged as a core organization asset, not a back-office function.
The Associate Director will oversee data infrastructure, strengthen data governance and analytics, and partner with leadership to translate information into actionable insight. This position is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in complexity, balances strategy with execution, and is motivated by measurable impact on students and communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, data management, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and strategy development, including:
- Using data to inform decision-making and drive organizational improvement.
- Translating findings into actionable insights
- Producing data reports and presentations of outcomes
