Join Our Team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate!
Communities In Schools of Brunswick County is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Thrift Shop in Boiling Spring Lakes, NC. If you love thrifting and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Position Details:
- Location: Boiling Spring Lakes, NC and Southport, NC
- Pay: $12/hour
- Schedule: Flexible Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily shop operations, including processing and organizing donations
- Assist in organizing products on the sales floor and in creating store displays as directed by Management
- Operate the POS system for smooth and efficient transactions
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Engage with customers and volunteers to maintain a welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and passion for thrifting
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be self-motivated and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to pass a background check
