Job Overview
We are seeking a positive, motivated and result driven person who LOVES selling/upselling to all types of people. Someone who can learn the decorative apparel industry options in shirts/hats/jackets and other wearables. Then take that knowledge to join our team selling custom screeprint, embroidered apparel, signage and other related products/services. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationship to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including businesses, schools, teams, and organizations, through calls, networking and referrals.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs through effective communication.
- Present and highlight features of apparel / hats and vinyl installations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business as well as upsell additional products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate screen printed and embroidered solutions with their custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats) and other promotional products or signage
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company performance.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and manufacturers offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations and fast paced environment.
- Software skills and internet skills - be able to go to vendors websites, send email presentations, and learn new industry software for communication and writing up custom orders
- Be able to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through delivery and beyond.
- Attend trade shows, community events or networking opportunities to promote the company's services and generate leads.
