Inventory Control, Parts, and Shipping Specialist (Part-Time)

$18.50 – $20.00 per hour
Part-Time, Monday – Friday, consistent four-hour shift between 12 PM and 5 PM (20 hours per week)

What You Will Do
Inventory Management
- Receive, barcode, and store parts in SOS Inventory.
- Run cycle counts and audits to keep records above 95 percent accuracy.
- Correct any discrepancies fast.
Kitting and Parts Handling
- Assemble kits to Bills of Materials.
- Label and stage components for production.
- Flag shortages before they slow assembly.
Shipping and Receiving
- Prepare domestic and international shipments early for FedEx pickup.
- Verify labels, paperwork, and tracking information.
- Inspect and log incoming deliveries.
Teamwork and Improvement
- Work side by side with experienced teammates.
- Suggest safer and faster ways to manage stock and shipments.

Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required by contract.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen; C-AT is a drug-free workplace.
- One year experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse tasks.
- Familiar with Excel and Word; ready to learn SOS Inventory.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills
- SOS Inventory or similar software.
- International shipping paperwork.
- RF radio familiarity.
