Compensation:
- BCBA: $80,000-90,000 based on experience
- BCaBA: $60,000 based on experience
- Monthly bonus opportunities available
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling available)

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee ABA programs for children with autism
- Supervise and support Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
- Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
- Provide parent training and collaborate with families
- Maintain high-quality, ethical clinical care
Requirements:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong leadership and communication skills
