Behavior Therapist (ABA) – Ideal for Pre-Med & Healthcare Students or Post Grad
Communication Lab ABA Family Services is growing our team! We’re looking for motivated college students and young professionals interested in pre-med, healthcare, behavioral health, psychology, education, or child development.
This role offers hands-on experience working with children with autism, professional mentorship, and comprehensive paid training—no prior ABA experience required.

Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Part-Time (Immediate Need): Monday–Friday, 3:30–5:30 p.m.
Role Overview:
Behavior Therapists work 1:1 with children with autism to build skills in communication, social interaction, and self-regulation while receiving ongoing supervision and support.

Communication Lab Behavioral Therapists will:
- Take part in a paid and interactive training that will prepare you to be successful when working with children with autism. This training will also include all components necessary to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

- Have the potential to become a BCBA where we will provide regular training, guidance, required supervision hours and leadership that will prepare you to be fluent in all aspects of the supervisor role.

Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Compensation: Compensation is determined by experience and education level: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
