Warehouse Coordinator

Communication Data Link is looking for a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. This position is for a fiber construction company. This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations that ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of inventory control.

Qualifications:

• The ability to prioritize tasks, maintain order, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to ensure materials and tools are always in order.
• Accurately and efficiently pull and distribute materials and various stock. items to fulfill requests and work orders.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to. predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to switch gears quickly as needs arise.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
• Experience in Excel.
• Forklift/Telehandler experience and certification is a must.
• Willingness to jump into different assignments as needed like coordinating, operating the GPR, and door hanging notifications around town.

• Working in all weather conditions from time to time, dress appropriately.
• The role will require lifting heavy items and being on one’s feet for. extended periods of time.
• Variety like filling in different roles as needed, like door hanging.

Job Type: Full time

Schedule:

• 8–10-hour shift
• Day shift 7:00am – 5:00pm with 30-minute lunch
• Monday to Friday
• Willing to work weekends as needed
