Join our winning team at Communication Concepts, a leading 38-year-old company located in the DFW metroplex specializing in fire alarm, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and other life safety systems integration.
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Preconstruction Design and Estimation Team for new builds and renovations. We welcome applicants with experience in these low voltage systems in all backgrounds, including installations, service, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide preconstruction design and estimation for fire alarm, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and emergency communication systems.
- Work on private as well as public projects, such as government, healthcare, and education industries.
- Collaborate with prominent general contractors, municipalities, and school districts in North Texas.
Ideal Candidates
- 3 years in designing, servicing, installing, and/or maintaining low-voltage systems in the commercial marketplace.
- Background in audio-visual, public address, and other related systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam REVU is a plus.
Relevant Licenses and Certifications
- Fire Alarm License (FAL)
- NICET Certifications
- AVIXA CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D
- BICSI RCDD
