QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Must possess a current license as a RN in the state where the center is located. 1 years in clinical management required. Wound knowledge preferred. Strong management and leadership skills required. Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable. Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
