What are the responsibilities and job description for the Haven House Therapist position at Communicare?
Communicare Haven House is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven mental health professional to join our treatment team. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, community-centered services while ensuring continuity of care for individuals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Providing evidence-based mental health services in community and residential settings
• Crisis response, intakes, therapy services, and care coordination
• Collaboration with families, referral sources, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining clinical documentation in an Electronic Health Record
• Participation in trainings including CPI, suicide prevention, crisis screenings, and more
• Meeting productivity and Department of Mental Health standards
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure/certification within 30 days
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
