Job Description
- Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
- Facilitate and conduct activities.
- Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN with currently valid state license to work in West Virginia
- High level of professionalism and Compassion
- Few years Experience a big plus
