What You'll Be Doing
As our Cafe Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our cafe, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Managing and motivating a team of baristas and kitchen staff.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handling inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
- Scheduling staff shifts and ensuring proper coverage.
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For
