Project Manager (8143) BC

The Project Manager is an extension of the sales team, responsible for the continuous management of projects and revenue growth. This position works directly in sales initiatives to ensure on-time deliverables of projects supporting Electrical distribution equipment, including panelboards, switchgear and switchboards. This is a full-time in-office opportunity, where collaboration with our sales, engineering, and production staff is key. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related fields, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering is a requirement2-5 Years of Project Management experience is a requirementSales experience in changing/complex sales cycles and project deliverablesProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and SAPRelevant industry experience managing projects in an electrical enclosure manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret general 2D/3D drawings and RFQ documentationAdaptable to fast-paced, high volume of design projectsPrimary Job Responsibilities:Works directly with customers to ensure all pertinent information is received for project deliverables and other sales-related topicsIdentifies and explores opportunities for additional revenueMonitor production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issuesCollaborates directly with production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to continuously improve scheduling and planning processesManages budgetary reviews and document overages on active and closed projectsParticipate in weekly production and scheduling meetingsISO 9001 experience with process documentation and system auditsWorks with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety committee to ensure and maintain compliance with safety operational, and regulatory standardsWe Offer:A competitive benefit packageGrowth and advancement opportunitiesPaid Time Off from Day One10 company-paid holidaysTuition ReimbursementA generous 401(k) contribution  Company DescriptionCompany is a long-standing business with a reputation for integrity, technical expertise, and strong customer relationships. Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
