Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright (2 Positions)
Shifts:
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Summary:
Under the direction of the Plant Engineer, the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic performs safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities, supporting company values of People, Passion, Performance, and Protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment (production machines, pumps, valves, power transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utilities).
Operate and repair using machine shop tools (lathes, grinders, drill presses).
Perform welding, cutting, plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication as needed.
Lead or assist in equipment installation, production line changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
Document work in SAP and maintain accurate maintenance and inspection logs.
Safely operate cranes, lifts, and related equipment.
Support process improvement, TPM, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma with technical certification or associate degree and 7 years of industrial mechanical/electrical experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
Skilled in machining, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission repair.
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; flexible and self-directed.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
