HVAC Lead Residential Installer

Lead Residential/Light Commercial Installer (4 years of experience only for Leads) high-end HVAC business is looking to find a Lead Residential Installer who can do some industrial/commercial work as well.  Our business offers you professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide a jr. level installer technician who will provide direct assistance to you.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, while adhering to EPA regulations.
• We are looking for an energetic person who has a desire to help customers.  Must occasionally stay on projects late to solve technical problems and go above and beyond when the opportunity is there.
• Perform residential system startups which include furnaces, mini splits, regular splits, inverter heat pumps and VRF systems. Install complete systems, including ducts.

Required:

• High School Diploma and Trade School is a must.
• Must have your own professional tools to install HVAC equipment; all heavy duty and specialty tools provided by the company.

• We are looking for a 100% dedicated professional that will stand behind the company product and their own work.
• Must have the ability to work as a team.  There will be an apprentice technician who is assigned to you to serve as your right hand.  It will be a mutual beneficial relationship, as you may mentor this person.
• Must be presentable and have the ability of carrying on intelligent conversations with clients where selling additional services is required.
• Must be EPA Certified.
• Must have clean driver's license.
