As a Global Planning Intern, you will be responsible for various projects as part of the Connectivity and Cable Solutions organization. You will work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Distribution Planning to enhance S&OP process documentation and develop execution strategies. This role will be based in Shakopee, MN or Catawba, NC five days a week.

You Will Make an Impact By
- Teaming with our Planning Center of Excellence to develop and detail an S&OP Playbook
- Working with Supply Planning to review and right-size inventories in international locations
- Military-affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management from an accredited university
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficient in Excel and data analysisMust possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
- Can handle multiple assignments simultaneously and efficiently meet deadlines
- Possess strategic and creative thinking along with distinguished written and verbal communication skillsHave a strong initiative; are a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
