CommQuest seeks a DIP Facilitator to be a member of the Driver Intervention Program (DIP) located at our Massillon Recovery Campus in Massillon, OH. The DIP Facilitator is responsible for overseeing the DIP education program, ensuring curriculum quality, managing instructors, and coordinating with stakeholders.

What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and coordinate the DIP curriculum and programs
- Educate program participants and staff with program curriculum, policies, procedures, and expectations
- Manage DIP Night Monitor staff and provide training to new hire staff
- Assist with various clerical duties as assigned; i.e. documenting when required, chart creation and auditing, Community Service Tracking, etc.
- Assist with Intakes, Night Monitor duties, and Group Counseling when needed
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
This is a part-time Thursday evenings after 5:00 PM; Friday - Sunday starting at 8:00 AM
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelors degree in Human Services, Chemical Dependency, or another related field highly desired.
- Minimum of a current, active CDCA certification through the Ohio CDP Board is required; certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.
- Previous experience of 1 year working with adults with Substance Use Disorder and/or mild to moderate mental illness is preferred.
- Maintains Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA), CPR/First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification(s), obtained within first 90 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional rotating on-call shifts as needed.
