What You’ll Do

As a Commonwise Caregiver, you will help clients live with safety, independence, and dignity by:
- Building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and families
- Providing consistent, reliable support during times of need
- Monitoring client condition and communicating changes to the care team
- Advocating for clients within the community
Care responsibilities may include:
Personal Care (ADLs)
- Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Feeding and hydration support
- Incontinence care
Household & Lifestyle Support (IADLs)
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Light housekeeping and organization
- Transportation and errands
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and engagement activities
Caregivers play a vital role in supporting clients’ physical, emotional, and social well-being while helping them remain safely at home.
Qualifications
We are especially interested in caregivers with:
- Prior professional caregiving or CNA experience
- Experience with transfers, gait belts, or mobility assistance
- Dementia or memory care experience
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Preferred but not required:
- CNA certification
- Home care or facility experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
