Responsibilities include:
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
- Providing reliable and compassionate care
- Advocating for clients in community settings
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding
- Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests
Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending
- Driving may be required
- Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 pound
- As a Commonwise caregiver, you will support clients in maintaining their safety, independence, and quality of life.
