Basic Purpose of the Job: To provide complete, accurate, on time reports to our clients. To perform the drug test ordered, specimen collection, urine specimen collection on same sex clients, reporting results, and all other duties following the practices and procedures maintained by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time,
- Collects specimens according to established procedures.
- Using DOT guideline 49 CFR-Part 40.
- Observed urine collections of same sex clients.
- Accurately completing chain of custody forms and Alcohol Testing Forms. Fax, mail forms, results and reports to appropriate locations.
- Package specimens for transport and ship to correct laboratory.
- Use proper form for various collections.
- Maintains records.
- Provides customer service to clients.
