We work with a wide range of technology professionals in Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Network Architecture, Engineering, Medical Device, QA/QC, Regulatory, R&D, Biotechnology, etc. We support direct hire, contract, and corp. to corp. workforce needs.
We are currently seeking a high energy, outgoing individual to join our growing business as (Sr.) Business Development Executive. This role will focus on developing new business specifically in the IT and Engineering spaces. Responsibilities will require extensive phone work including cold calling, emails, social media, lead generation, networking, etc. You may also be required to occasionally support recruiting activities for existing clients as needed. Requires a ‘Jack of All Trades’ mentality with an ability to shift gears quickly.

Qualifications must include direct experience working in the agency staffing space, specifically in IT and/or Engineering disciplines. Previous experience working with DOD contractors a plus. Your qualities should include outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, as well as highly confident and outgoing, with a strong sense of urgency and disciplined work ethic.
