What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Specialist position at Commonwealth Recovery Group?
Repossession Company is hiring a part-time Account Specialist for an office-based position. Position does not require direct collections but individual will coordinate with the Company’s clients and customers. Position requires 3 to 5 days per week, four hours per day. Schedule will be set with individual hired for this position on hiring.
Job Functions:
- Answer inbound customer calls and making outbound calls as needed
- Accept repossession orders, holds and closes from banking systems and enter into company systems, accurately and timely
- Post repossession, check account paperwork for accuracy, upload pictures, condition report and other paperwork to systems, timely.
- Complete and upload all transportation paperwork to systems
- Complete ad hoc duties as assigned both timely and accurately

Skills Required:
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking to others over the phone and in person
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with consumers and their past due accounts.
- Must be proficient using technology, Quickbooks, Excel and comfortable organizing documents, imaging and uploading to client portal
- Prior experience in the collections industry or automotive industry a plus

- Must be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and organized
