DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will conduct on-site visits to BJJS institutions to assess the services delivered and offer guidance, strategies, and best practices for the care and treatment of delinquent youth. You will survey and evaluate programs to ensure alignment with established goals and standards while planning, organizing, and leading the development, integration, coordination, and evaluation of all components of BJJS’s quality assurance program. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing processes that support facility leadership in identifying and resolving performance and operational challenges. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to BJJS institutions on the interpretation and application of care and treatment programs for committed youth. You will also review institutional operations to verify compliance with program objectives, as well as all applicable federal, state, and departmental regulations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Your work schedule m ay change based on operational needs.
- Travel is required.
- Overtime: As needed
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
