EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position supports children, families, and volunteers who participate in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program. The role involves intake work, eligibility review, and direct service to help participants succeed. As a County Caseworker 2, you will perform the following duties: Program Intake: Review referrals and gather information to understand participant needsEligibility Review: Check that clients and volunteers meet program guidelinesCase Support: Provide guidance and assistance to help participants reach their goalsRecruitment Assistance: Engage potential participants and promote program involvementMatch Coordination: Help connect clients and volunteers in ways that support positive outcomes Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:00 PM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
