This position is assigned to the Health Clinic and main nursing office. You will provide assistance to the Central Nursing Office, Nursing Units, and Health Clinic, and ensure a continuous flow of timely and consistent information, direction, and work accomplishments. You will maintain clinic appointment schedule for consumers, schedule new employees for physical, maintain employee TST and immunization database and prepare various APRs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30 minute lunch.
- Overtime as needed.
- May change based on operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
