- DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will be responsible for preparing and processing orders for essential items, while ensuring strict compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures outlined by the DHS. You will also operate various office equipment and effectively communicate with other offices. This opportunity will allow you to develop administrative skills and gain insight into governmental operations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
