What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Manager (Administrative Officer 2) position at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
An employee in this position develops and monitors budgetary performance objectives for the Bureau and provides ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing programs, processes and procedures. Responsibilities include collection and analysis of data and analysis of program options. The employee will also be accountable for the Bureau's budgetary performance.
In this position, the employee provides ongoing budget reports and analysis regarding expenditures to ensure ongoing commitment of the BMV to priority initiatives. The employee is directly responsible for monitoring and reporting monthly inventories to the Director on all PA Titles from throughout the State ensuring 100% accuracy on accountability of all titles. This position also requires the employee to coordinate and monitor the inventory activities of our external partners (Pennsylvania Automobile Association, Manheim Auction, Central Penn Salvage, Pennsylvania Independent Automobile Dealers Association, Butler Auto Auction and PADE) and internal distribution points of titles within PennDOT and BMV.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm , Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- This position is eligible for an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 1; or
- Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
