DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position focuses on delivering consistent nursing care and supporting the overall health of individuals in the facility. It involves teamwork, careful observation, and steady communication to maintain wellness and safety.
As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:
- Care Delivery: Provide effective nursing services and apply professional standards to meet health needs
- Health Monitoring: Check individuals daily for changes and report concerns to the physician
- Treatment Support: Assist with exams, help implement physician orders, and participate in health interventions
- Documentation: Complete records accurately and in line with established procedures
- Communication: Exchange information with staff and communicate changes in health status
- Safety Practices: Carry out emergency actions, assist with lifting and positioning, and support safety measures

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Rotating days off, work weekends and holidays as assigned.
- May change based on operational needs.
- Multiple positions may be filled from this posting.

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $89,882.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Special Requirements:
- This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- If you are within 60 days of graduating from a school of nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Registered Nurse license.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
