In this role located in Albion, you help make sure the medical team has the right information at the right time - so patients receive quality care and systems run smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Lead and support medical records staff, set goals, and review daily work
- Keep health records organized, updated, coded, and compliant with all standards
- File, issue, transfer, and prepare records for court while following confidentiality rules
- Review records for accuracy and work with medical staff to fix incomplete documentation
- Prepare reports, track key data, and take part in quality assurance efforts
Schedule and other details
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (30‑minute lunch)
- No telework option
- PA residency requirement is currently waived
Qualifications
- A valid Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certificate from AHIMA;
- Or a valid Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certificate from AHIMA;
- Or eligibility for RHIT or RHIA certification, including completion of an AHIMA‑approved Health Information Management program
