Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
- Two years of experience as a Labor Law Investigator; (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of technical investigative or construction and trades experience and an associate's degree in a field related to investigative or construction and trades work; or
- Three years of technical investigative or construction and trades experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have the ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish.
- You must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the counties of primary assignment: Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia.
- You must demonstrate ability to adhere to the values and ethics of the Department of Labor and Industry.
- You must demonstrate ability to work with professionalism, discretion and good work ethic.
- You must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
- You must show initiative and problem solving skills.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- Experience enforcing labor standards or labor and employment laws
