Help Make an Impact Beyond the Hatchery
The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission is looking for a Fish Culture Station Foreman to lead day-to-day operations at the Corry State Fish Hatchery. You'll help produce and stock trout and other species while protecting, conserving, and enhancing Pennsylvania's aquatic resources.
What You'll Do
You'll lead fish culturists and help keep hatchery operations safe, efficient, and productive. Your work will include:
- Planning hatchery schedules, supplies, and fish distribution.
- Producing and stocking trout and other species.
- Monitoring fish, water, and hatchery systems.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting employees.
- Responding to public inquiries and supporting Fish & Boat programs.
What You Need
- Two years of technical experience in the propagation and care of food or game fish; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- An active Class B Commercial Driver's License.
Good to Know
- Full-time: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch
